MacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice
published on 01 September 2017

The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to appoint the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (“EAPASA”) as a registration authority in terms of section 24H(3)(a) of the NEMA. The Minister intends to limit the appointment of the EAPASA as the only registration authority for 5 years in terms of section 24H(6) of the NEMA.

Members of the public are invited to submit written comments within 30 days of the publication of this notice (i.e. on or before 02 October 2017).
